1.   Where did you grow up?

Brooklyn, New York


2.   When did you become a member of CrossFit FullMotion?


3. What were your thoughts after your first CrossFit workout?

I belong here


4.   What is something about yourself that we might not know?

I was on the swim team in high school.


5.   What is your favorite WOD/movement?

Burpees – but they kick my butt


6.   What is your least favorite WOD/movement?

Double unders – just don’t see the point


7.    What would your perfect WOD look like?

Timed 24 on 12 off – wall ball, KB swing, burpees, box jumps (squat jumps for me), battling ropes, pull ups (TRX pulls for me), and slam balls. 5 rounds.


8.   What is one thing you have done at CrossFit FullMotion that you never thought you would do?

Registered for a Spartan Race

9.   What motivates you during a CrossFit WOD?

Keeping up with other members who are half my age


10.What are your goals?

6 month: Lose some more weight (already down 25 lbs)

12 month: Maintain weight loss


11. What advice would you give to someone just getting started with CrossFit?

Commit and rust the process. Put in the work and get results. No one is judging you but yourself.

This place is special. Dom our fearless leader sets the tone – work hard, no complaining, have fun, and see results. My other trainers, Kim & Jay, rock as well. They are so knowledgeable. What always amazes me is how nice and supportive everyone is!
