To instill CrossFit FullMotion's (CFFM's) philosophies and visions in all of our future members, there are a few steps to be followed. Whether you are new to CrossFit or not, you are welcome to stop by and observe one of our classes. We ask that if you plan on stopping by, that you please call (516-270-8889) or e-mail us in advance.


Step 1: FREE Trial Class

Call (516-270-8889) or e-mail us to set up your FREE trial class. You will learn the structure of our CrossFit classes and will participate in a "Workout of the Day" (WOD). Feel free to stay after class to speak one on one with the coach and speak with our members. This is your time to learn more about CrossFit and find out more information about our box. All workouts can and will be modified based on YOUR personal needs.

Step 2: Beginner Foundations Classes

In keeping wtih CrossFit FullMotion's beliefs, we requires our members to participate in our Beginner Foundations classes. You will be evaluated during your first class to determine your individual needs. Foundation classes are included in your first month membership and are by appointment so to keep these classes small in size for personalized instruction. These classes will teach you the basics that are the backbone of CrossFit. This will ensure our safety and optimal fitness through education and body awareness via movement. 


Step 3: Group Classes

Now you are ready to start your CrossFit FullMotion classes. CFFM classes consist of, and not limited to, weightlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, and cardiovascular activities. Functionality and various fitness fundamentals will be used to develop a well-balanced program. This will bring each individual to their own elevated fitness level and help to reach their personal goals.
